Payment
Orders can be charged to your
Clear Image account, and paid by: Check, Money
Order, VISA,
MasterCard, or American Express.
New Accounts
If you wish to
establish an account, please complete a credit
application. Just print it out, fill in your
information, and fax it back to us at (727) 298-8422.
Delivery
Our delivery goal is to ship products the
same day an order is placed. The standard method of
shipment is via ground service. For an extra charge,
products can be shipped by second day or next day
delivery.
Order Return Policy
Clear
Image LLC. offers a 30 day unconditional
guarantee on all unused and unopened product
returned within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Prior to returning an ordered
product, a valid Return
Authorization Number (RA#) must be
obtained (see
Customer Service below for more
information).
Evaluation Return Policy
All
Products
are covered by a 100% unconditional
guarantee. Prior to returning
an evaluation product (initial
order), a valid
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
must be obtained (see

information).
About
Print Yields
When
considering yield of a cartridge -
it is an approximation. How
and what you print affect your
actual print yield dramatically.
Average yield is based on testing
with 5% print coverage. Toner
and ink yields are provided for
planning purposes only and are not a
guarantee of of minimum life; actual
yields may vary. Declared
yields value is determined in
accordance with ISO/IEC 19752.

Returning Products
If you wish to return a MAXlife
product for any reason, you must
first contact our Customer Service
department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number before
sending your product back to us.
When we provide the RMA, we we will
detail all instructions for
returning the product.
a. If you are requesting a
refund, RMAs will only be given
within 30 days from the original
date of shipment.
b. If you are requesting an
even
exchange of any of our products
due to being defective, RMAs may be
given at our sole discretion within 180 days from the
original shipment date.
c.
Only MAXlife™
(Clear Image) Cartridges can
be accepted for return. If a Non-MAXlife
(Clear Image) Cartridge is returned, a fee will apply for
its return.
Items purchased
from other retailers will not be
accepted for return, and Clear
Image may choose to discard such
items, or to return them at the
customer's expense.
d. MAXlife™
(Clear Image) Cartridges
authorized for return but not received
within 15 days of authorization are subject
to a restocking fee.

All Clear Image products
returned must be repacked to prevent
damage in original packaging. The
customer is responsible for damage resulting
from improper return packaging.
Clear Image will not accept any product that is
damaged.
NOTE:
Laser printer cartridges must be sealed in a
plastic bag inside any return packaging to
prevent toner leakage or spills.
f. No
returns will be accepted without a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number.
g. We cannot accept
depleted items for return or
exchange.
h. All manuals and accessories
must be returned with your return. If requesting a
refund, please also enclose all
promotional items that were included
with your order. To expedite
your return we request that you
enclose a copy of the original
invoice.
i. After you have received an RMA
number from our Customer Care
department, you must write the
RMA number on the outside of the
package under our shipping address.
Do not write any other
information, notes, or comments to us on the outside
of the box. All returned merchandise
must be received within thirty (30)
days of the issuance of the RMA
number and return instructions.
Failure to do so could result in a
delay, restocking fee, or complete forfeiture of a
refund, as applicable.
j. If you are returning an unneeded
or wrongly ordered non-defective
product, you may be subject to a 15%
restocking fee at our discretion. In
cases where you return one item that
is unneeded or wrongly ordered along
with other defective items, we
reserve the discretion of whether or
not to charge you the 15% restocking
fee for the unneeded/wrongly ordered
item. Unneeded or wrongly
ordered items must be unopened and sealed.
All other returns may be subject
to a 15% restocking fee at our
sole discretion.
5. We do not reimburse or refund you for any
shipping fees, including initial or return shipping fees.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable
return shipments. We strongly recommend that you
send your return using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS that
provides you with a way to track
your package, and that you ship
using tracking if optional.
6. Please allow up to 12 business
days after we receive your return
for your replacement or refund to be
processed. If you are eligible for a
refund, we will take every step
possible to process all refunds
within 12 working days from receipt
of returned items. Note that credit
card companies can take up to 30
days to process a credit from a
merchant, and any credit to your
account will likely appear on your next
statement.
NOTE: So as to ensure you are
inconvenienced as little as
possible, Clear Image will
occasionally send replacement
products while waiting for the
initially-purchased product to be
returned. This is done at our sole
discretion. If the initially-purchased
item is not received by Clear Image,
you will be charged an additional
fee for the replacement item.

Price
Adjustments
Price
adjustments may be made to volume discounts
affected by partial order returns. Contact the
Customer Service Desk with any questions that you
may have.
Payment Terms & Late Fees
The purchaser shall not retain or
withhold from Clear Image any sum stated on any invoice
for any period, except for the initial term as
stated on the invoice. Any amount stated on any invoice
from Clear Image shall be deemed correct and binding upon
purchaser, becoming a contract of the entire
quantity and amount specified unless
Clear Image receives notification of
objection within ten (10) days of the date upon
which such invoice is rendered, or when the buyer
receives and retains this invoice
without written objection within
five (5) days after receipt of goods
itemized upon the invoice.
Notification of
any objection must be communicated to the
Clear Image Customer
Service Department in writing by fax at (727)
298-8422 or sent in writing to
Clear Image LLC., 400 Cleveland
Street, Clearwater, FL 33755, Attn.:
Customer Service Department.
Interest shall accrue on all
amounts remaining unpaid thirty (30) days after the
date of invoice at the lesser of: (i) one and
one-half percent (1.5%) per month, or (ii) the
maximum lawful rate. Clear Image reserves the right to
withhold shipment of all subsequent deliveries in
the event that Clear Image fails to receive payment in
full from purchaser within thirty (30) days of the
date of invoice. Acceptance by Clear Image of less than
full payment shall not act as a waiver of any of the
company's rights.
Collections
If Clear
Image refers an invoice to an
attorney or other party for collection, the
purchaser shall pay upon demand all of Clear Image'
expenses of collection including, without
limitation, court costs and reasonable attorneys'
fees.
Waiver
A waiver by
Clear Image of any of these
Terms and Conditions in any one instance shall not
be deemed or construed to be (i) a general waiver of
such term or condition, (ii) a waiver of any right
that Clear Image may have with respect to any subsequent
breach, or (iii) a waiver of the subsequent
application of the Terms and Conditions contained
herein.
Disclaimer of Warrantees
Clear
Image' Money Back Guarantee, as
stated herein, shall be the purchaser's sole remedy
for any damages that may result from the
transactions to which these Terms and Conditions
apply. In no event shall Clear Image be liable for
special, incidental, or consequential damages as a
consequence of transactions to which these terms and
conditions apply.
Errors
Clear
Image reserves the right to
correct any clerical or stenographic errors that may
be made to either our website, documents, or the purchaser's account.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale
shall be construed under Florida law.
